- अंगुष्ठाभ्यां नमः, (i) Aim–
Angushthabhyam namha, (touch the thumb and slide it over from its roots to tip
with the other hand)
(ii) क्लीं
- तर्जनीभ्यां नमः, (ii) kleem –
tarjanibhyam namaha, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the fore finger
from its roots to tip)
(iii) सौः
- मध्यमाभ्यां नमः, (iii) Sauh–
madhyabhyam namaha, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the middle finger
from its roots to tip)
(iv) ऐं
- अनामिकाभ्यां नमः, (iv) Aim -
anamikabhyam namaha, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the ring finger
from its roots to tip)
(v) क्लीं - कनिष्ठाभ्यां
नमः (v) kleem -
kanishthikabhyam namaha, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the little
finger from its roots to tip)
(vi) सौः
- करतलकरपृष्ठाभ्यां नमः (vi) Sauh--Karatala
karatala karapruthabhyam namah- (touch the both front and back of your palms
with the other hand and slide it over the each other)

kleem – Shirase namaha, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the fore finger
from its roots to tip)

- शिखायै वषट्, (iii) Sauh–Shikhayai Vashat,
(touch with the thumb and slide it over the middle finger from its roots to
tip)
(iv) ऐं
- कवचाय हुम्, (iv)
Aim -Kavachaya, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the ring finger from
its roots to tip)
(v) क्लीं - नेत्रत्रयाय वौषट् (v)
kleem – Netratryayai Vaushat, (touch with the thumb and slide it over the
little finger from its roots to tip)
